INTERNS

We are looking for interns with a Master 2 degree or higher, ideally who are finishing law school. You will be working closely with our lawyers, taking an active part in legal research, drafting correspondence, notifications, simple deeds and so forth.

A successful and mutually appreciated experience will lead us to propose the conclusion of associate lawyer contracts.

LEGAL ASSISTANTS

We are also looking for legal assistants with a good knowledge of corporate law and fluency in English.

Your position (which could evolve) would mainly involve managing our clients’ recurring legal secretarial corporate work (i.e., drafting minutes of meetings, management reports, invitation to meetings, etc.), as well as following up formalities with the commercial court registries (mainly online).

Perfect command of Word, Excell and Outlook is required.

ASSOCIATE LAWYERS

We are recruiting associate lawyers whose areas of practice are mainly focused on the firm’s areas of activity, i.e., mainly business law.

Each associate is expected to work independently, creating a “practice within a practice”.

We are looking for lawyers who are client-oriented, proactive and show initiative.
